STEP ONE: sign into your panel by logging onto http://hosting.potpotsie.com and go to the "System" tab.
STEP TWO: click the "Restart" button/icon to reboot your server.
STEP THREE: check that the ip and port number on your panel match the one on your device perfectly.
STEP FOUR: check that your internet connection is working properly.
